If you've been to Blurb.com, you may have seen some of the notebooks and gift books by PictoQuesto photographer, Natasha Emerson. You are welcome to purchase online through the Blurb Bookstore. Blurb offer shipping to a broad range of destinations.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
If you contact us before your order has been despatched, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel your order. Unfortunately, after the order has been despatched, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are calculated according to the time it takes us to package and despatch your order, and the transit time based on the delivery method you have chosen. Times stated are based on business days of operation, so Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time, and we take holidays into consideration.
Shipping Options
We ship using standard and express options for Australian addresses, and standard air services to international locations.
PictoQuesto will not be responsible for damage, defect or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder.
Shipping Restrictions
You'll be notified if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
When ordering from PictoQuesto you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for making sure the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees once the package reaches the recipient's country. Such duty is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We only offer refunds or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We do not provide refunds for 'change of mind'.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email pictoquesto@gmail.com first for the shipping address in Melbourne, Australia and details of the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded in accordance with the terms above. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns - Shipping
Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are seeking a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
